Refund & Exchange Policy – DrTib™

At DrTib™, we are committed to delivering high-quality herbal wellness products and ensuring your satisfaction. We understand that there may be rare occasions where a return or exchange is required. Please review our general return and exchange policy below:

1 Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

Products must be unopened and unused in their original packaging.
Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of parcel delivery.

2 Allergies or Product Reactions

If you experience an allergic reaction or sensitivity to any product, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
DrTib™ reserves the right to accept or decline such refunds based on the circumstances and product condition.

3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team and send the item to the DrTib™ return address.
Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 24 hours.
A Rs. 250 deduction may apply to refunds to cover processing and handling. Exchanges are free of charge.

4 Timeframe

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
A photo of the parcel with the delivery slip must be provided for validation.

5 Change of Mind

Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.
